That’s why I offer a two-week Studio Trial: a focused, fixed-price introduction designed to help us both see whether the fit is right.
Your Studio Trial includes:
an initial operations audit of how your studio currently runs
inbox and calendar review, with light triage where useful
identification of key bottlenecks across enquiries, client communication, projects, suppliers, and admin
setup or improvement of one priority system (e.g CRM, task management, etc)
practical support across agreed operational tasks during the trial period
a final operations report with recommendations for ongoing support
The two-week Studio Trial is $750 / £650.
If the trial is a success and we enjoy working together, you can move into an ongoing monthly support package.
If not, no hard feelings. You’ll still walk away with clearer systems, practical recommendations, and any improvements created during the trial.

A Studio Reset is a focused operational sprint designed to bring one to three messy areas of your studio under control.
This might include your enquiry process, inbox structure, client onboarding, project tracker, supplier follow up, file organisation, proposal workflow, or content scheduling process.
We begin with a discovery call, agree the priority areas, then I build or improve the systems you need and hand them over with practical recommendations.

At the end of the reset, you will have clearer systems, practical recommendations, and a better sense of what kind of support your studio may need next.
Some clients may choose to continue with occasional project based support. Others may join the waitlist for ongoing Studio Partner support if capacity is available.
There is no pressure to continue. The reset is designed to be useful as a standalone service.
